Starting Your Stress Relief Hypnosis Routine
Once you have removed all obstructions and distractions for the room, settle in a comfortable position. You may recline, lie down or sit if you want. As long as you are comfortable, it doesnt really matter what position you assume. Once you are comfortably settled, you may now start your stress relief hypnosis routine. First, you must empty your mind with all negative thoughts and then start breathing deeply. Breathe from your stomach. Your stomach should rise and fall in relaxed rhythm when you breathe. While breathing deeply, release the tensions from your muscles. You need to relax your mind and body to achieve that deep state of relaxation.
If you can persevere with this technique you will notice unimaginable changes by next month. You will be able to control your mind to a level that you never knew possible. You really can be the master of your own mind. These are time tested techniques – not fads. You don’t last thousands of years if you are just a gimmick!
